Cracked pane, sagging panel or failed lead — what each one means for your window.

A single cracked piece

One or two cracked pieces can usually be replaced on site, without taking the panel out.

Bulging or sagging panels

When a panel bows, the lead has fatigued. That usually means a full releading in the workshop.

Rattling glass

Loose glass often means the cement has dried out. It can often be fixed during a restoration.
